PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE.
1.0 General
1.1 This Website is intended only for consumers wishing to order (Access Doors and Panels) products online. The terms and conditions under which the products are offered for sale on this website are set out below. By selecting the "I have read and agree" box on the order form and submitting the order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Access Doors and Panels reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes however will have no effect on orders that were submitted before posting of such revised terms and conditions on this website.
2.0 Placing Your Order
2.1 When you place your order, Access Doors and Panels will issue you with an Order Number via the website. Please note the Order Number is supplied for reference purposes only and does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
2.2 By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. Orders submitted by you are binding and cancellations of non-stock items may not be accepted or come with cancellation fees and is determined by Access Doors and Panels.
2.3 Access Doors and Panels will send your order confirmation to you via e-mail and this will be effective as of the date on which the order confirmation is sent to you. If Access Doors and Panels cannot accept your order, Access Doors and Panels will attempt to contact you via e-mail or telephone.
2.4 Please note that the on-screen display of the colors, designs, products may differ from the actual appearance or size of products offered on the website.
3.0 Prices
3.1 All prices are in (US / CAD) dollars. Prices shall be those of which are published on this website at the time you submit your order. The prices published on the website are (inclusive/exclusive) of (taxes), and exclusive of shipping and handling costs, which are for your account. These costs will be calculated separately as applicable and specified on the order form then added to the total price of the order. Additional shipping charges may occur in transit and will be communicated to you by Access Doors and Panels.
3.2 Pricing may change without prior notice. If product pricing goes down after placing an order, Access Doors and Panels will not be responsible in providing any partial refunds. Final product cost shall be those prices published on this website at the time an order is placed.
4.0 Delivery of your products
4.1 International shipping is available. Please contact us to discuss options.
4.2 Where you have requested for delivery, the order will be delivered to the shipping address you specified in the order form and in accordance with the delivery option(s) you chose. In the event you order various products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order form for each delivery address. Any delivery or shipment dates given by Access Doors and Panels are best estimates only and Access Doors and Panels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. In the event any of the products ordered is out of stock, this may mean part of the order is delayed. If so, an estimate of the delay will be given via e-mail. Access Doors and Panels reserves the right to delay delivery until stock is available or replace the order with equivalent if the product(s) ordered is no longer available. A maximum of (two/three (2)(3)) attempts will be made for delivery and a delivery advice slip will be issued on the second attempt, where you have not been available to accept delivery.
4.3 In the event that packages are returned to us due to your unavailability to accept the delivery, refusal to accept the delivery, incorrect shipping address, etc., a re-delivery charge may apply. If you no longer wish to proceed with your in-stock order, your refund will be reviewed, and corresponding shipping cost / re-stocking fees may apply. Custom made-to-order product(s) are final sale, and no refund will be issued.
4.4 When products have been delivered to the carrier, Access Doors and Panels will send you a confirmation of shipment via e-mail provided you have indicated an e-mail address on the order form.
5.0 Damage claims and Replacements
5.1 Your damage claim must be supplied with photos of both the damaged item(s) and its original packaging. The original packaging includes the inside and outside of the box or crate(s). This is a carrier requirement when filing a claim, since most likely the damage occurred during transportation. If there is any damage to the packaging when the item arrives, please note this on the waybill BEFORE you sign for it. Please call Access Doors and Panels at: 1-800-609-2917 or send an email to help@accessdoorsandpanels.com within 5 business days of receipt to report the incident.
5.2 A signed delivery receipt without notation of the damage observed to the packaging may forfeit your right to file for a damage claim.
5.3 We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 5 business days of delivery and do not discard the damaged item or its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame the Carrier will not allow us to file a claim and we cannot accept responsibility for the damages.
5.4 Access Doors and Panels reserves the right to replace or repair said damaged product(s) at our discretion. Filing for a damage claim does not necessarily mean a refund or replacement will be issued.
5.5 If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or defective and you believe that you are entitled to a replacement, please call Access Doors and Panels at: 1-800-609-2917 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday EST or send an email to help@accessdoorsandpanels.com. In the event that you are entitled to a replacement, the transportation charges will be covered, and our Customer Service team will assist you to resolve your claim.
5.6 Your defective item claim must be supplied with photos or videos explaining the manufacturing defect(s) of the product(s) you ordered. This will be coordinated with our warehouse and technical team and our Customer Service team will assist you with the next steps.
5.7 Failure to report defects within 7 days of receipt may forfeit your right to a refund or replacement.
6.0 Returns and Refunds
- All in-stock items are marked in the product description as “In-Stock”
- Non-stock items are marked in the product description as “Availability: 3-5 days” (or other lead time)
- Any item which has an optional feature added (i.e., additional lock, gasket, material) and custom made-to-order items are considered non-stock
- Non-stock items are final sale
- The original freight cost to ship the order will not be refundable
6.1 "In-stock" unused product(s) may be returned within 30 days with written authorization from Access Doors and Panels. Returns are subject to a 35% - 55% restocking fee.
6.2 Steps to follow to claim a refund for returned product(s):
(i) Please call Access Doors and Panels at: 1-800-609-2917 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday EST or send an email to help@accessdoorsandpanels.com to make arrangements for your return.
(ii) Freight must be pre-paid and will not be refunded to you by Access Doors and Panels. Before returning any product(s) please check that you have:
- Received an RMA document from Access Doors And Panels (issued upon request)
- Enclosed all accessories and other material supplied
- Used all packaging that was originally supplied
- Clearly displayed the return address and the RMA document on the packaging
- Sealed the packaging securely
(iii) Provide your return tracking number once your product has shipped out to the Customer Service Representative assisting you with your claim.
(iv) Following these steps will help ensure the product(s) arrive at the correct destination and are in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in returned product(s) being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a refund. (v) Please note that Access Doors and Panels reserves the right to reject any product(s) that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above and particularly within paragraph 6.2.
6.3 Your refund will be issued after our warehouse confirms that the product(s) returned are all in shelf-life, sellable condition. A Re-stocking fee (35%-55%) will be deducted from the total refund. This entire process may take up to 7-10 business days.
7.0 Order Cancellations
7.1 In the event that you wish to cancel your order please call Access Doors and Panels at: 1-800-609-2917 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday EST or send an email to info@accessdoorsandpanels.com and our Customer Service team will assist you.
7.2 All non-customized products are subject to cancellation within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. All weekend requests and weekday requests after 5 pm EST will be reviewed the following business day and are not included in the 12-hour cancellation window. If your non-customized product order has shipped out and you wish to cancel, you may refuse the delivery and we will process your refund once we receive the product(s) back in our warehouse. Freight costs will not be refunded, and the restocking fee (35-55%) will be deducted from your total refund amount. Non-customized products that are shipped from Canada to U.S. are non-returnable and non-refundable. In case your non-customized product is out of stock at the time of order fulfillment, it will be considered a customized product (please refer to item 7.3).
7.3 Customized products are final sales, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and refused delivery is not applicable. In the event of a return, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer and the product will not be refunded.
7.4 If your custom product(s) are still in production at the time of cancellation, you may request cancellation, and you may be charged a cancellation fee. Your cancellation fee will depend on how far along the Production Team is in completing your order. er. There can be up to a 100% cancellation fee.
7.5 If your custom product(s) has already been shipped at the time of the cancellation request, you are no longer entitled to any refund. This is considered as a final sale.
8.0 Privacy Statement
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible
8.2 Confidentiality
8.3 We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
9.0 Disclaimer
9.1 Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
(i) excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
9.2 This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
10.0 Payment
10.1 Cash or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full on order. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of America's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $5000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
10.2 Returned cheques will incur a $45 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
11.0 Log Files
11.1 We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

12.1 You may not create a link to any page of this website without our prior written consent. If you do create a link to a page of this website, you do so at your own risk and the exclusions and limitations set out above will apply to your use of this website by linking to it.

15.0 Force Majeure
15.1 Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
16.0 Notification of Changes
16.1 The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis
16.2 These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and us. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
17.0 Shipping Policy
17.1 We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
17.2 When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
17.3 Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
17.4 At Access Doors and Panels, we are always striving to obtain reliable cost-effective freight carriers. Savings obtained from freight costs will be passed on to the customer where possible. We maintain an inventory of products ready to be shipped to you at any time, although some products are manufactured upon order. These items are marked with "Availability: 3-5 days" (or other lead time). We send shipments once per day. Ground shipping can typically take 3-5 days, but some exceptions and delays may apply. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be notified of your shipment's expected departure date.
17.5 You will be responsible for any movement of the item beyond the truck bed or Courier. If a lift gate is required, please contact us ahead of time for a cost.
17.6 Please Note:
(i) Shipping times are estimated, but not guaranteed. We are not responsible in any way for delays that may occur before or during the shipping process.
(ii) If your order is returned to sender due to a missed delivery or incorrect shipping address a re-delivery charge will apply.

18.0 Limited Warranty
Access Doors and Panels guarantees the doors against manufacturing defects for one year after the date of purchase. This warranty applies to normal conditions of use and excludes damage caused by the wrong application, issues with installation, or poor maintenance. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product by a product of a similar quality or partial refund or full refund and excludes any other costs or damage.
