Your staff may need to lift large, heavy pieces of equipment to the roof at some point. Instead of lifting it from outside of the building using a crane, you can simply let it pass through your building's roof by installing our RC 1 Single Leaf Ladder Access Hatch.

It offers excellent durability with its all-aluminum hardware with a cool white water-based enamel paint finish. The cover can open up to 90 degrees lined with 1” fiberglass insulation. It also features a curb that comes with pre-drilled holes and 1” exterior fiberboard insulation, an EPDM rubber gasket, and a slam latch.
