The Exterior Fiberboard Insulation M1 Roof Access Hatch has a 14 gauge galvanized steel exterior with a 22 gauge galvanized steel liner bonded to a core of 1” rigid styrofoam insulation comes with a 12” high curb, integral counterflashing. It also has 3-1/2” broad mounting flanges with pre-drilled holes and 1” exterior fiberboard insulation. The Torsion Bar assists the cover operation of its lift support.

Material: 14 gauge galvanized steel cover and Curb.
Finish: Galvanized Steel with White Powder Coat.
Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket adhered to cover.
Hinge: Integrated Pintle Hinge.
Latches: Slam latches with interior and exterior handles and inside padlock hasp.
Hardware: All hardware is zinc plated (stainless steel hardware optional).
Load Capacity: 70 psf.
