The thermally broken curb and cover of the GS 50TB Ladder Access Hatch minimize heat transmission between internal and external surfaces, preventing dangerous condensation. It also has ozone-friendly polyisocyanurate insulation (R-20+) for improved energy efficiency. It includes a particular EPDM gasket that is wind and weather-resistant, and it complies with LEED® criteria for recycled content and solar reflective index (SRI). All Bilco regular roof hatch sizes are available, and custom sizes are available upon request.
