FD3W SERIES 3 HR FIRE-RATED ACCESS PANEL FOR WALLS

One of the largest access panels you can install on your wall, the FD3W is a single-leaf panel with a 3-hour fire rating. It is made of galvannealed steel with a satin finish, but you can also choose the 304 stainless steel. It comes with a 16 gauge steel frame with a depth of 3-¼”. 

The FD3W is perfect for wall installations. It comes with an 18 gauge door panel that contains 2-½” of high-temperature insulation materials. Optional finishes for the exterior surfaces are the rust-inhibitive off-white prime coat or the #4 stainless steel finish. These fire-rated doors contain a concealed continuous rod hinge that secures the door panel. 

It features an automatic panel closer that will secure, close, and latch the door from an open position as required by the NFPA 80. All fire-rated locks are self-latching and include an interior latch release mechanism.
