FD3D 3-HOUR FIRE-RATED INSULATED, DOUBLE-DOOR ACCESS PANELS FOR WALLS & CEILINGS

For wall and ceiling installations, the FD3D is ideal if you want the largest access panel possible. You can opt for galvannealed steel with a satin finish or 304 stainless steel. It comes with a double leaf offering flexibility and safety as it reduces the need for a bigger swing radius into rooms. 

Its largest frame size is 14 gauge with a removable center mullion with a frame depth of 3 ¼”. The FD3D fire-rated insulated double door access panel comes with a 2 ½” high-temperature insulation material. Its 18 gauge door panel comes with its own 22 gauge liner. 

This access door comes with a concealed continuous rod hinge. If the wall position is 48” or longer, you will get an FD3D with a continuous piano hinge. If you opt for the stainless steel FD3D, you will get a stainless steel continuous piano hinge. This access door has a 3-hour fire rating for wall and ceiling installations and an automatic panel closer that closes and latches the door from an open position.
