FD3C - Oversize 3-Hour Ceiling Access Panels

The FD3C access panel is ideal for anyone looking for an oversized access panel for ceiling installations. This access panel comes with a 3-hour fire rating ensuring safety and convenience for your commercial property. 

Its 16 gauge frame and door panel come with a ⅞” or 1 ¼” trim. It is one of the most oversized access panels you can install in your ceilings and comes with an 18 gauge door with a 22 gauge liner. The door panel also comes with 2 ½” of high-temperature insulation material. Optional finishes for the exterior are white prime-coat galvanized steel finish or #4 finish on 304 stainless steel. 

Like all fire-rated access panels, this access door comes with a ¼” flush allen key that is self-closing and latching, ensuring that it meets NFPA requirements. The maximum size for these access doors for ceiling installations is 36” x 36” or 30” x 48”.
