FD2RF - 2-HOUR FIRE-RATED RECESSED FLANGE ACCESS PANEL FOR WALLS & CEILINGS

For a trimless appearance on your walls and ceilings, the FD2RF is a good option. It comes with a rigid ⅝” recessed flange for drywall applications and provides a trimless appearance once installed. This access door has a two-hour fire rating and is made from galvannealed steel with the standard satin finish. 

This fire-rated access door comes with a concealed flange that allows wallboard installations on top, a door panel with a 22 gauge liner and 38 mm of high-temperature insulation material, and an automatic panel closer. You can choose the finish on the exterior surface of this access door. You can select a rust-inhibitive off-white prime coat or a #4 polished stainless steel finish. 

The FD2RF comes with a concealed continuous rod hinge that secures the door panel and a continuous piano hinge for access doors that come in bigger or greater sizes (in wall applications). All fire-rated locks are self-latching and include an interior latch.
