Our ELN T Thermo Low-Profile Flashing Kit is the perfect addition to your balcony windows because they protect against moisture, rainwater, and other weather elements. The flashing kit has its plastic mat glued to the underside of the lower element to create an easy and stable link to the roof covering. The ELN T also has added thermal insulation for roof coverings of up to 90mm profile depth. Lastly, the flashing has a gutter that will enable weather condensation to drain away from the window.

The flashing has a gutter that lets weather condensation drain away from the window. You can also use the flashing kit as a module flashing for windows installed in vertical and horizontal combinations or block groups. You can install this product for one-depth installation, permitting window installation at a level N (+3) -flashing EHN-A.

ELN T Components

The flashing consists of:

• the top part of the flashing
• the bottom part of the flashing
• side parts
• profiles covering sides of the frame
• top drainage gutter

The flashing's lower element has a plastic mat glued to the underside, permitting the flashing to adhere to the roof covering for a secure fit.

As standard, a top drainage gutter is included in the package if the roof structure allows its installation.
