The 1050-CM floor access door is one of the fire rated heavy-duty access covers available today. It is ideal for all types of flooring, especially ones with thicker and hard-wearing floor finishes. It comes in a single, duct, or multipart configurations and is for interior and exterior installation.  

Why Install the 1050-CM?  

Heavy-Duty: The 1050-CM access door is known for its heavy-duty features, making it an ideal, long-lasting access door. It can take up to a 6.5-tonne pneumatic tire wheel load.   

Fire-Rated: This access cover is fire-rated and has a fire-resistant of 2 hours. It is precisely for a dead load environment, and applying any permanent loads will invalidate the fire rating.    

Easy Installation: It is something that you can install right away. If you need to access certain utilities under the floor that has a hard floor finish, like marble, ceramic tiles, terrazzo, resin, wood, concrete, or parquet floors, then this access cover is for you.
