FBDT- Exposed Flange - Model Description

This access door is also self-latching and self-closing, ensuring a safe space for you and whoever may pass by your attic, inside or below it. This access door comes with an inch of an exposed flange, ensuring that you do not affect your aesthetics after installation. The door opening is roughly 1/4 inch, making it perfect for wall surfaces. The BDT comes with a continuous hinge and finishes with a white powder coat.
