The BRHEA-D Aluminum Equipment Roof Hatch with Double Leaf is a roof access hatch manufactured by Babcock-Davis. The hatch's design provides easy and safe access to roof equipment and other rooftop areas. It uses the durable 11 gauge aluminum material for long-lasting performance. 

The hatch features a double-leaf cover that opens outward, providing a wide opening for easy entry and exit. The double-leaf are held with heavy-duty hinges and can be securely locked in the closed position with a slam latch mechanism. 

The hatch is weather-resistant, with insulation of 1" polystyrene in the cover and fiberboard around the curb that prevent water and air infiltration. The body also has a compression spring that assists in opening and closing the hatch. It can also hold up to heavy foot traffic.
