It is UL listed with a "B" label for 1-1/2 hours on vertical surfaces (maximum temperature rises to 250° F in 30 minutes) and Warnock-Hersey listed for 3 hours on horizontal surfaces.

Meanwhile, our uninsulated fire-rated exposed flange access door provides access through openings in fire-rated vertical surfaces and has a minimal sightline for a concealed appearance. It is also UL listed with a "B" label for 1-1/2 hours on vertical surfaces (maximum temperature rises to 250° F in 30 minutes).

Both the B-UT and B-IW models feature 16 gauge steel frame, 20 gauge steel door, key/knurled knob operated lock, drywall bead flange, concealed pin hinge, and gray powder coat primer finish.
