Installation Instructions

1. Prepare the Areaway: Ensure the areaway is smooth, level, and the correct size for the door; patch any holes in the concrete and install a diverter if needed.
2. Assemble the Frame: Attach the header to the side pieces with four round head bolts, then attach the sill to the side pieces with two round head bolts.
3. Install the Gas Springs and Doors: Install the gas springs on the lower and upper brackets, then lift and align each door with the hinges and secure it with hinge pins and cotter pins.
4. Finishing Touches: After painting, install rubber bumpers into the holes on the outside edge of each door to cushion them when open.
