Product Specifications 

• Dimensions: 36" x 48" 
• Materials: Satin finish galvannealed steel or 304 stainless steel 
• Frame: 16-gauge steel for sizes up to and including 30" x 48" or 14-gauge steel for larger sizes. Frame depth is 3-1/4". 
• Flange: The concealed flange is recessed 5/8" to allow for wallboard installation on top. Its width is 1 1/4". 
• Door Panel: 18-gauge steel with a 22-gauge liner 
• Insulation: 2-1/2" high-temperature insulation 
• Finishes: Rust-inhibitive off-white prime coat or #4 polished stainless steel finish on the exterior surface 
• Hinges: Unless otherwise requested, a concealed continuous rod hinge is placed on the "H" dimension or the long side of the door. Sizes over 48" in a wall application use a continuous piano hinge. 
• Panel Closer: The automatic panel closer will close and latch the door from an open position of approximately 90° as required by NFPA 80. 
• Latch: Flush mount 1/4" Allen key (A). All fire-rated locks are self-latching and include an interior latch for sizes 16" x 16" and larger. An internal latch for smaller sizes is available as an option.
