The BRHLB SunLit Roof Hatch is the ideal ladder access roof hatch for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings needing access to natural light. The access door's quality materials, aluminum cover, steel curve, door's translucent polycarbonate dome cover can efficiently pass through the daylight to the facility.  

 

Why Install BRHLA? 

Weathertight: The entry door prevents water leakage and keeps harmful chemicals and elements from infiltrating the building, which may cause extreme damage in the long run. The weather tightness of the equipment roof hatch also helps regulate the building's temperature, minimizing air leakage and temperature fluctuations.     

Insulation: The access door's 1-inch fiberglass in cover, 1-inch polysio around the curb, and the extruded EPDM rubber adhesive-backed gasket seals fill the gaps between the body and the frame to prevent air or water leakage that may affect the building's inside temperature. It provides insulation that can efficiently help control the facility's internal temperature.     

Railing-ready: The entry door's design which follows safety rules and regulations, allows the installer to mount a railing system to provide service staff and building personnel safe and secure access to the roof.
