The BRHSA Security Roof Hatch is ideal for facilities that require lightweight and durable high-security access doors. The BRHSA's aluminum material can withstand severe weather conditions. Its reinforced cover can hold up to 40psf.

Durability: Its lightweight 1/4 inch aluminum, strength, and durability, the lightweight aluminum-made security roof hatch increases the building's security level and, at the same time, provides safe access to authorized building staff accessing the roof hatch.    

Insulation: The BRHSA 1-inch fiberboard in the curb, 1-inch polystyrene in the cover, and extruded EPDM rubber adhesive-backed gasket seals fill the gaps between the body and the frame to prevent air or water leakage that may affect the building's inside temperature. It provides insulation that can efficiently help control the facility's internal temperature.     

Weathertight: The entry door prevents water leakage and keeps harmful chemicals and elements from infiltrating the building, which may cause extreme damage in the long run. The weather tightness of the equipment roof hatch also helps regulate the building's temperature, minimizing air leakage and temperature fluctuations.

• Hold Open Arm Zinc plated automatic steel hold open arm locks cover in an open position.  
• Latch Zinc plated steel latch with the exterior, interior turn handles, and padlock hasps.
