• It holds the cover closed against a 90 psf (438 kg/m2) uplift force.   
• Provide interior and exterior pull-release cables to the manually open vent cover.  

Operation:   

• Compression springs enclosed in telescopic tubes.  

• When released, open covers automatically against a ten psf (49 kg/m2) snow/wind load. 
• Automatic hold-open arms lock the body in the fully open position. 
• The cover is supplied with a shock absorber to ensure a controlled opening rate.

• UL-Listed. It complies with UL 790 Class A (burning brand test).  

Finish: Mill finish cover, prime painted curb.
