• Frame Material: 1/4" x 3" x 3" angle aluminum with 1/8" lip for flooring infill and bolt-on masonry anchors.

• Door Material: 1/4" aluminum smooth plate with 1/8" lip for flooring infill.

• Standard Finish: Mill 

• Latch: Zinc-plated steel slam latch with a flush key operator on the exterior and handle opener inside. Chrome-plated 5/16" steel square key included.

• Hinge: Aluminum arm-type hinge with 304 stainless steel bolts

• Spring: Cold-rolled steel 3/16" round torsion bar*

• Hold Open Arm: Aluminum automatic locking holds the open arm with a red vinyl grip handle.*

• Load: 150psf

• Sizes: Minimum 24" x 24" Maximum 60" x 60" (No double door option on FLDR models)
