By design, skylight flashings secure the joints of your skylight that receive the most water and prevent seepage into your building's structure. The flashing kit channels water away from vulnerable areas of your building into the gutters if installed correctly.
The EH-106 flashing kit is excellent for profiled and high-profiled corrugated materials joining the skylight with roofing materials such as tiles, corrugated, and standing seam metal sheets.
The lower section of the flashing kit allows a tighter joint with the high-profile roofing material (height of the profile of 11/4 "to 31/2"). A butyl strip holds down the bottom section of the flashing. This flashing goes with FAKRO's FX, FV, FVE, and FVS deck-mounted skylights.
